The remaining taps rotate on the brewers' whim — a zwickel here, a kölsch-style there when we feel like annoying purists from Düsseldorf and Cologne at the same time. The chalkboard over the bar is always current; this page is updated most Mondays.
The Barrel Program
Twice a year we fill a handful of bourbon barrels from across the river — this is Cincinnati, the bourbon does not have far to travel. Our doppelbock spends ten months in oak and comes out at something closer to a fireside sipper than a lager. Bottled in 500ml swing-tops, sold at the bar only, limit two per person because we've learned.
Barrel releases are announced on the chalkboard and nowhere else. Ask your server what's in the wood right now.
